Computer Support Specialist

Lewis &Clark Behavioral Health Services, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated individual to manage a small information technology department and oversee daily performance of the computer systems. The duties include computer setup and configuration, hardware and software troubleshooting, computer user support and training, user account management, anti-virus solution, patch management, operating systems and software deployment. The position requires an associate’s degree in information technology or related field of study or an equivalent combination of training and experience. The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of Information Technology policies, practice and industry standards as well as a thorough knowledge of PC hardware and software configuration, installation and troubleshooting with Windows XP/7 and Office 2007/2010.  This is a full-time position.  Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, generous 401k plan and excellent package of paid vacation, holiday and sick leave.
